Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password or cannot sign in
Use your platform’s account recovery (Apple, Google, or email provider) if you sign in with a linked account. If you are stuck after that, email support@madmanapps.com with the email you use in the app and a short description of what happens on the sign-in screen.
Notifications or Live Activities are not working
On iOS, check Settings → LVLUP → Notifications. For Live Activities, ensure they are allowed for LVLUP and that Low Power Mode is not blocking updates. On Android, check app notification settings and battery optimization for the app.
Bug report or feature request
Post in the LVLUP Discord for community-visible bug reports and feature requests, or email support@madmanapps.com if the report includes account details or private information. Include your device model, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
Data export or account deletion
See the Privacy policy for how we handle personal data. To request deletion or export, email support@madmanapps.com from the address associated with your account and describe your request.
